Yesterday at St Andrews Sathorn, we invited our Early Years parents to join their children in the classroom for a special “Stay and Play” session! It was a wonderful morning filled with laughter, creativity, and learning through play.
Why do we have stay and play?
🌟 It gives parents a wonderful opportunity to see how their child learns through play — exploring, creating, and discovering alongside their friends and teachers.
🌟 Children feel proud and excited to share their learning and school environment with someone special from home.
🌟 It’s also a fantastic way to strengthen the connection between home and school, building a shared understanding of each child’s unique learning journey.
🌟 Research shows that when families take part in early learning experiences, children develop stronger social skills, better communication, and a deeper love of learning.
