Sathorn students join the Bangkok Choral Festival
Some of our Y4-6 choir children joined students from 8 other international schools over a 3 day choral workshop at Bangkok Patana.
The workshop was run by Susanna Saw, a graduate of the Melba Memorial Conservatorium of Music in Australia. She currently lectures and is a choir director at the Faculty of Music at the Undiversity of Malaya, University Teknologi MARA and Malaysian Insitute of Arts (MIA).
All 205 children participated in choral singing as well as other activities. This included African Drums to Swing dancing, from Breakdance to newspaper instruments. It was all put together for a final performance for parents on Saturday. They sounded amazing. Well done!
