Super Chef Camp is back with a new line of delicious meals!

Head Chef Christine and her team of chefs will show how teamwork, leadership and following instructions are important in the professional kitchen. On the way, your kids will learn to cook loads of great dishes and probably discover that some of the things you couldn’t get them to try before are actually kind of cool (great news Mom and Dad!) 

The fun doesn't stop there! On top of whipping up many exciting dishes, kids will also learn many interesting and fun facts about food and the history of food through daily workshops and masterclasses. From identifying different fruits and vegetables, cheese tasting, and the history of chocolate, your kids will be on the way to becoming a Super Chef! 

At the end of the week, the kids set up their very own restaurant! They will cook some great, enticing food for parents to enjoy. Bon Appétit!

Meet the Chef! 

Christine has worked in culinary arts education for nearly 10 years. While studying to become a chemistry teacher, she discovered an interest in the chemical reactions that take place when cooking. Pursuing her interest, she fell in love with kitchen experiments that led to edible results. Since moving to Thailand, Christine has been teaching children the skills necessary for cooking through after-school cooking clubs at St. Andrews Sathorn. Her keen interest in teaching young people to prepare good food has led her to further her own culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu, Dusit.

July 3-7: Super Heroes and Super Villains 

Holy Guacamole, Batman! Superlatives abound as Chef Christine unlocks your child's inner superhero with a collection of mouthwatering recipes. With a focus on Superfoods, these recipes are sure to pack a punch. Featuring recipes inspired by your favorite superheroes and their villainous counterparts, these characters will duke it out in the Super Chef kitchen. Who will reign supreme at the end of the week?

July 10-14:Super Chef Classics III 

Part III of an amazing list of all-time favorites - revised for even more fun! Your child will learn about their favorite foods, with an impressive go-to recipe list that will impress family and friends!  

July 17-21:Down Home Cooking

Take a trip to the Southern states of America without ever leaving the kitchen. With an emphasis on Creole, Cajun, and Comfort foods, there's enough soul in these recipes to keep Paula Dean happy! Superchefs this week will soothe their souls with down-home favorites like fried chicken and waffles, jambalaya, and beignets. This recipe collection is sure to please the whole family. 

July 24-28: World Foods

Every country is flavour country with this exciting menu!Join Chef Christine as she takes you on a culinary journey around the world. Superchefs this week will explore a variety of cuisines from Asia, South America, and the Middle East. Have you ever wondered how to make pasta from scratch? Or how they get the pocket in the pita? Some stuff you'll need to know before booking: 

Dropping Off

Activities kick off at 9 am, but we have free drop off from 8.30 am where children can join in a free choice activity.

Medical

All camp staff have up-to-date first aid training.

Food

Lunch and snacks are included in the cost of your camp. If your kid is a vegetarian or doesn’t/can’t eat beef, pork, seafood, dairy or eggs, that’s cool. Just tell us beforehand in your child’s details online… or most other diet needs come to that. If your kid has a nut allergy, don’t worry, we don’t go near them, Camp Asia has a no nut policy.
