Head's Welcome

It is with great pleasure I welcome you to St. Andrews Sathorn. The school is set in beautiful surroundings in the business district of Bangkok. We have a diverse student community from many different nationalities and this is carefully considered and incorporated in all aspects of school life.

We aim to provide a stimulating and positive learning environment for all children in our care. The curriculum is broad and balanced, encouraging active learners so that children take an important role in the growth of their own education. We strive to support the development of critical thinking skills through social and personal education, encouraging all children to become confident and responsible individuals.

We are very fortunate to have close ties with our parent community. The majority of our children are brought to school by their parents, with only a few using the school bus service. We actively encourage parents to support and become involved in school in a variety of different ways – including supporting local charities, reading with children or sharing specific skills during activities.

The school has a team of highly qualified and well motivated staff. We have a cohesive team of teachers who know all the children in school. This leads to a closely-knit community, providing a safe and secure environment in which children can learn and develop. At St. Andrews Sathorn, we want each child to be confident, happy and develop a real love of learning which they will carry with them through life.
